Her thirst for adventure manifests itself In her favorite and most memorable experiences which include shark diving in South Africa, taking a helicopter tour to Milford Sound, Surfing during a storm on Bondi Beach, and on many occasions going back to the good old Frette Linen covered bed with a glass of champagne and view of (insert destination here).

Julie’s passion and fervor to always continuing to grow within the luxury travel industry keeps her approach fresh and dynamic.  Her philosophy is that travel is so important that should be encouraged by everyone, not because it’s her “business” but because it allows people to truly embrace and appreciate life. A vacation is no longer “just sitting on a beach”. It is understanding different cultures, experiencing different tastes, participating in an exhilarating life altering experiences, appreciating life in all different forms, and connecting with others in an everlasting way.

What's in my bag? My carry-on plane essentials:

Traveling with kids: Ipad (loaded with movies in case no wifi), assortment of toy cars & action figures , Magnatiles (because they stick to each other you are less likely to lose them under a seat), Coloring books, stickers, crayons, extra headphones (that fit on the kids head), snacks, Edgeh sandwiches with ketchup on the side, extra set of clothing (they are bound to get dirty), PJs for overnight flights, all packed In a backpack (because I need my hands free), hand sanitizer, juice boxes (because they let you through security with it when with kids)

Traveling without kids: Ipad, magazines I hadn’t gotten to read yet, laptop, headphones, tooth brush for overnight flights, PJs for overnight flights, Edgeh sandwiches with ketchup on the side, My own tea bags – I like tea but Lipton airplane tea is gross

At the moment...

Favorite food while traveling: White Truffle Pizza from Castiglion Del Bosco, the Bun Ladin at Fergberger in Queenstown, and the tomatoes at Cuisinart in Anguilla.

I am super excited about: The newly redone Laucala, which is a private island in Fiji owned by Red Bull. And they have a submarine.

Destination I can go back to again and again: St Barths.

On my bucket list: An expedition to Antarctica

Favorite thing while traveling: One of the most amazing things about traveling is hotel breakfast & hotel turndown. A breakfast is so special because when do you ever get to sit down in the morning and have a proper breakfast. One that you are served exactly what you want, getting coffee whenever you are running low, and not having to clean up after. Hotel breakfasts are one of lifes little treasures. The Turndown is just a great opportunity for a hotel to shine, be creative and show who they are. It is such a special treat when coming back to your room, after your day. something most people don’t get at home.
